I worked with the company Walt Disney Parks and Resorts (2018 - 2019) in the Merchandise area.
EXPERIENCE
I had training for the best customer service experience in the world, learning to deal with unexpected and diverse situations, as well as immersion in different cultures.
There I learned to work keeping in mind the 4 Disney keys to success:
- Safety : always working with my safety and that of my clients first.
- Courtesy : with a courteous and respectful service, always trying to exceed the expectations of my clients.
- Show : I guarantee that my service and my work area are always organized and ready for the "show".
- Efficiency : knowing how to use my time and resources wisely.
I work with photography and editing.
I use Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 and Adobe Lightroom CC.
